Community &

Care work

My community and care practice operates under the premise that human connection and presence are active creative mediums transforming how we relate to one another. By building alternative community infrastructures I hope to demonstrate that abolition is both an immediate material practice and a speculative, creative endeavor. With over four years of facilitating arts & cultural programming, my practice explores how imaginative environments foster emotional safety, agency, and collective resilience. I design restorative spaces, interactive zines, and site-specific activations that invite people of all ages and backgrounds to reconnect with their environment, their humanity, and imagine new possibilities together.

“If you have come here to help me you are wasting your time, but if you have come because your liberation is bound up with mine, then let us work together.”
